We have an odd number of climbers in our party of Mountaineers out to climb Sharkfin Tower from Boston Basin. With an odd number it means that one rope team will have three members rather than the customary two. And wouldn't you know it, I end up being that odd guy in the middle of the rope... no chance to do any leading. But I do get to practice setting up some belays to protect the other two on my rope team when they are climbing. Definitely not the ideal way to climb but we did summit Sharkfin Tower along with the other two teams.
